Kindle fire touch screen shaking?

I literally got this Kindle fire no more than a week ago, and it already has a problem. Whenever I play games (Angry bird, Minecraft PE, ect.) the screen shakes a little when I touch it.It's not much, but just enough to be really annoying.Is there anything I can do to fix this? Can someone please tell me that my new kindle isn't defective?

Why cant I connect on the interent with hand-held devices on my wifi?

I can connect with my laptop but not with my ipod and kindle fire (first gen)

Could this be the fault of my college's wifi?

Okay, so I'm 95% confident that the IT people here, are slightly incompetent. Even with my limited knowledge of the internet and how it works best i know that one, YOU DO NOT LEAVE A COLLEGE CAMPUS'S INTERNET UNSECURED!
EVER!
IN A MILLION YEARS!!!
And two, you can't blame a printer for the internet screwing up.
So I have this friend, complicated relationship, not going into it, okay we're not "friends," we're "more" than friends, it is weird, I know. He and I usually talk a lot. He's going to a school that is 2 1/2 hours away, so we rely on facebook and texting.
Well, recently, he claims that he hasn't been getting my messages. And i am FREAKING out.
I know some of you may think that he is lying, but i don't think he is.
Here is an example.
Earlier today, i tried to message him and when i went to leave the "message" page on facebook, Google Chrome was like "you are still sending the message, are you sure you want to leave this page?" And i clicked, no. And I did this 5 times until I disconnected and then reconnected from the internet (for the 20th time today)
That seems the only solution to this problem whenever the internet goes down (which is a lot) is to disconnect and then reconnect.
It has gotten to the point where my SKYPE doesn't work properly.
Not only on my computer, but on my kindle!
And as for facebook, it sometimes works on my kindle.
I am using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (I REFUSE to use Internet Explorer) to try to get facebook to work, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
It is like something is intercepting my messages and completely stopping them.
Is it possible that this is because of my campus's internet and not my computer? Because my computer has always worked beautifully, and it isn't old, it is like 1 1/2 years old.
The IT department here on campus claims that because some people brought wireless printers, that that is the reason that the internet keeps screwing up. Honestly, I think that that is bull, because it still screws up even without the wireless printers on. I think it is because there are too many people on one server.
If it is because of my campus's internet, how can I remedy this/give the IT people suggestions? Because this is starting to get ridiculous, I'm starting to keep meticulous notes on when it screws up.
Thanks for any help, this has been going on for like, 4 weeks now and I'm going insane.

Replacing Kindle Fire HD Screen?

My Kindle Fire HD screen was damaged due to someone dropping it, and though it is within the 1 Year Warranty Amazon support told me it couldn't be replaced due to it being outside the 30 day after purchase (To be honest I could hardly understand customer support) and I was told I would have to purchase a new device.It was purchased at Best Buy, so does anyone know if I could bring it to them and see if they could fix my screen? I don't care about paying for repairs, only that my screen is fixed due to the fact I have most of my college textbooks rented on it =(

None of my devices will connect to my home network?

Ok so i made a wifi network at home using command prompt.It shows up but never connects any of my devices (ipod, kindle fire, android phone).it says network unavailable on my ipod, says connecting on my android phone, and doesn't even show up on my kindle. I have 2 laptops at my house, 1 is windows 7 and the other is windows 8. I tried this on the windows 8 computer & those were the results. I tried using third party applications like virtual router, virtual router plus, maryfi, connectify, and mypublicwifi.none of them have worked, they either never broadcast a wifi signal or i come up with the same results as i stated above.please help, i've been trying to set this up for 3 days now.
more info: i have a wifi adapter (netgear), no wifi router (that's y i use third party apps), i no i could buy a wifi router but i'd really rather not since the only problem is that my network won't let any of my devices connect to it.if u need more info, please ask!!!
Added (1). Forgot to mention that my regular internet connection is through a wireless internet card (verzion access) i no that usually u have 2 a have a wired connection, but from what i've read i can use a wifi adapter along with an internet card

Syncing audiobook with text book on a kindle?

I have both the audio 'audible' version of a book and the text book. I bought the audio book because the text - while i was reading the text mind you - asked if i wanted the narration. I said yes, because I'd done it before with another book and liked it. However, for some reason this book will either let me read or just listen - not both at the same time which is what I want.

How do I fix this? Anyone know? (this is on a HD Kindle Fire btw)

Can you export high-res images from Sketchbook Pro on a tablet?

Are Charles Dickens novels difficult to read?

I have free Charles Dickens novels on my Kindle which are Oliver Twist and A Christmas Carol. Kindle fire gen 1 wouldn't charge?

For some reason my kindle wouldn't charge. Og and people that's going to come here and starts saying "oh that's because the kindle fire is garbage and i had the same problem in a month blah blah blah… " you can leave right now. I had my kindle fire for 2 years now, since it been release. I never had problems with it until now. I think it's starting to get old and I know some devices stops charging after a certain amount of charges, idk.
All I know that this problem started a month ago. I connected it and the light wouldn't come out so I put pressure on the charge and it worked. Then about a week ago, I wanted to transfer a photo to my kindle and it wouldn't work.My computer kept saying "unidentified item". And now about 15 minutes ago, I wanted to charge my kindle since it was almost out of battery and no matter what I do or pressure I put, the kindle would not charge.It just kept making that noise that it does when the kindle is less than 15% charged. I had this kindle for 2 years does this means that it's starting to end its life?
Added (1). After trying to force it to charge for the pass 30 minutes by going around the house plugging it in different outlets, pressure on the charge and or just leaving it alone and see if it gets the hint, the orange light finally came on after the 44th attempt and now it's charging. I can't be doing this all the time…
Added (2). Suddenly movement will stop it from charging and i have to do the torture progress again

Why wont my kindle charge correctly?

As of late my kindle fire has been acting up. When I plug it in to charge I sometime has to unplug and replug it into the kindle over and over before it will work, and then if it does start to charge, it will only do so for a few minutes before it just stops. A times it seems that when my kindle is dying and I plug it it, power will go through to keep it alive, but wont charge it. The wire does wiggle around a bit when plugged in, so it is possible something it lose. If so, how do I fix this before it gets even worse?

YouTube Mobile view not working on Kindle Fire?

My Fire is almost a year old now.It's worked fine before, I don't know what's going on now. I go onto YouTube, which comes up to the home screen in normal mobile view. I type something into the search box, and search it, but then the results come up in desktop mode. I tried to switch it back. The "mobile view" button is usually on the bottom of the screen to the right of the "try something new!" option, but when I looked, it was completely gone.No option to switch it back. I got the button to load one time, but when I pressed it, the search results went to mobile view. Then, when I clicked on a video, it went straight back to desktop. I'm so frustrated. Sometimes, the page won't even load. I've tried refreshing, clearing my history, and getting a YouTube app (Kindle apps suck, did not work). Does anyone have a solution here? Please help!

Q1: From the standpoint of the taxpayer, is our so-called "national debt" really a debt?
A1: No, it is not really a debt because it has none of the three essential qualities of a debt.

1. The taxpayer will never repay the debt.

Yes, bonds are redeemed at maturity, but the "national debt" is the total value of outstanding Treasuries (TVOT).In our history, we have rarely had even a modest annual budget surplus.No serious politician today has any plan whatsoever for a budget surplus.In effect, the "national debt" / TVOT has never been repaid and never will be repaid. The TVOT must grow with the economy.An economy without an adequate supply of risk-free Treasuries is not only undesirable but unthinkable!

We leave our grandchildren not debts but assets: infrastructure! Schools, environment, and an energy supply. We must fully employ idle resources as did Lincoln (railways, telegraph, and land-grant colleges), "Teddy" Roosevelt (Panama Canal), and FDR (TVA, the Interstate Highway System, and Social Security),

2. The taxpayer does not pay interest on the debt.

Yes, the bond-holders receive interest payments, but the Treasury pays the interest by simply auctioning more bonds, ad infinitum, with no burden other than a few keystrokes. Economists recognize this by declaring that our "primary" annual budget deficit does not include debt interest payments because they never consume physical resources and have no economic effect.

3. The taxpayer has no burden.

The Treasury can always redeem a security by selling another. If necessary, it can create an artificial shortage and demand by buying securities on the open market with keystrokes, as with "quantitative easing". The Treasury has no burden like a home mortgage. A Treasury bond cannot be foreclosed.

The Treasury auctions bonds only because Congress requires that the proceeds cover the annual budget deficit. Such "borrowing" is an unnecessary relic of the former gold standard regime. This requirement was suspended during World War II, followed by 35 years of strong economic growth without harmful inflation, thus proving that such "borrowing" is absolutely unnecessary.

Under our fiat currency and floating foreign exchange rate regime, which we have had since 1971, there is no reason to believe that budget deficits cannot again be successfully financed by keystrokes.

Inflation? Deficit spending NEVER causes inflation during a recession. During prosperity, bank lending ALWAYS causes inflation, creating over $30 of credit for every deficit dollar spent. Regulate the banks!

Louis XVI had a wheat shortage. The German "Weimar Republic" deliberately caused inflation to avoid paying war reparations in gold. Zimbabwe is the victim of corruption.An oil embargo caused stagflation. The Eurozone does not have our fiat currency. None of that stuff applies to us.

A2: For the risk-free interest that they demand, where would they put $11T? The Wall Street casino? GM bonds? Illinois bonds? Detroit bonds? CDs? Safety is not everything. Safety is the ONLY thing!

Q3: Is there a danger that risk-averse buyers could prefer foreign sovereign bonds?
A3: Yes, indeed! So far, over 60% of the world's reserve currencies are in dollars and half of all US Treasuries are held by foreigners. But that could change if China's sovereign bonds become safer than ours. And that could happen if China's infrastructure (and therefore its productivity) becomes better than ours. And that could happen if US voters worry more about our "national debt" / TVOT than they worry about China's fast-growing infrastructure and our failing sewers and falling bridges. America! Wake up!

Q4: Won't we need higher tax rates to pay for infrastructure?
A4: Our money tree does not need our taxes for spending. Government first creates and sp
Added (2). And spends and then, only to avoid inflation, the IRS repossesses almost all of it, which is then destroyed. (Cash payments are shredded!) Think about it: how did the first tax payer get money for the first tax payment?

Every federal dollar that is spent and not repossessed by the IRS is saved by the private sector. Our annual budget deficit is exactly equal to the annual private sector savings increase. Yes, DEFICITS = SAVINGS! No deficits, no savings! Our so-called "national debt" is really our Total Private Sector Savings (TPSS). The dreaded "Debt Clock" is really the "Savings Clock"!! The debt scare is a fraud on the public!

Since bank loans must be repaid with interest, budget deficits are the ONLY source of private sector savings. We need to DOUBLE our "national debt" / TVOT / TPPS / Investment to guarantee prosperity! Our ratio of "national debt" plus total bank deposits to GDP is less than half of the comparable figure for China. Our M2 (money supply) / GDP ratio is half o
Added (3). Is half of Switzerland's ratio and one quarter of Hongkong's.

Q5: How much should Congress tax and spend?
A5: Ideally, Congress should tax barely enough to prevent inflation and should spend almost enough to cause full employment and inflation. Result: low unemployment and low inflation. Heaven on Earth!

Instead, Congress, bribed by Wall Street, taxes as little as possible, enriching the rich, and spends as little as possible, impoverishing the rest of us by restricting "national debt" / TVOT / TPSS / Investment / Consumer Demand. Just as quacks killed George Washington by bleeding "bad blood", Congress is destroying our rising generations by cutting (maybe entirely!) deficits / private sector savings increase.

Result: recessions, high unemployment rates, a reserve army of unemployed labor, a growing under-class, a frightened work force, declining wages, still lower consumer demand, etc., etc.: a downward spiral of despair. Growing inequality will create a land of slums and gated c

Unfortunately, exactly half of our voters have below-average intelligence. And there's no cure for that.

Downloading PDF Manuals To Kindle?

Hi, I've downloaded a few product manuals, in PDF form, to my computer. I'd like to transfer them to my Kindle (it's just the standard wi-fi version).Is this practical?

I've tried to do this using Calibre and while I can read the text no bother the images are missing and for the manuals I'm using the images are more than helpful

Hello.is there an website that allows me to search best offers and compare prices between electronic shops, like Best Buy, Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, Amazon, … etc.

Asus Memo Pad or Fire HD 7 with Jelly Bean Installed?

I want to buy a cheap 7 inch android tablet but I am torn between the Asus Memo Pad or a Kindle Fire HD 7 that has been rooted and has Jelly Bean installed. I figure that the next gen Kindle Fire HD will come out in a few weeks and the current generation will probably go down in price. They will probably be about $80-$90 used. Which one would be better?

Looking for advise on what tablet to buy?

Hi All,

I am looking for a bit of advise on what would be the best tablet device.

I've been looking at the Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD and the nexus 7.

The tablet is just for general browsing on the Internet, checking emails and watching netflix.

I already have an Ipad so am not looking for advise on one of those.

I'm just looking for something cheap but decent to help pass the t e on my commute to work.

If anyone has any of these tablets and can offer any advise I would be very grateful.

Kindle fire return issues?

The speakers on my kindle fire have busted from what ive found is that i send the broke one back and they send me a new one (i got the warrenty) thats fine but what happens to the stuff saved on my kindle? I have ultraviolet movies on here, pictures, movies i bought from amazon and so much more! Do i just lose that? Because that would be messed up I already redeemed my ultraviolet movies -,-

Suspended from eBay half way through selling an item?

So I got an email from eBay saying I owe them £47.29. I'm not paying it, as I can't afford it right now. But I was selling my Kindle and it has sold, but the buyer hasn't paid yet (it sold yesterday). Could this be because I'm suspended?

Why wont my Kindle app display my books properly?

So my books on my kindle app wont show up right. They show up just fine in the "All Items" tab.but then when I switch to the "Books" tab it says," You have no books on this device". I was thinking about buying a new TV?

I have a very old TV, to clarify the thing is older than me.It's almost 30 years old, to give you some idea. Anyway there's nothing wrong with it, I just fancied getting a new one. I wanted to get the most up to date TV on the market, so basically HD, 3D and Smart all in one TV.

My main concern is that this whole 'smart TV' thing is a relatively new idea and I was wondering, if your TV can connect to the internet doesn't it mean it's just as vulnerable to being hacked as say for example, a computer would be?
I've tried to look on google for any information as to weather or not there is security available for a TV with internet access but I'm afraid I've found nothing that can provide any kind of answer. I know you can get Norton security for gadgets, i.e. Mobiles, tablets, kindles etc. But I've never seen anything for TV's as of yet.
It's a bit of a tough one at the moment, I really would like to get a new TV and I don't see the logic of getting a new TV that's not up to date with the latest technology however, at the same time I quite like knowing that when I turn my TV on I don't need to worry about people trying to hack it. Kind of feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment. Any helpful advice and opinions on this one are welcome. Thanks.

How to read 69 pages on a kindle?

For class my teacher told us to read 69 pages of our book which doesn't make sense since people have different versions and kindles. But is there any way I could measure reading 69 pages on my kindle? Or if I shrunk the font to the smallest size do you think that would be equivalent to one page?

The question is asking exactly what it says. Once you self-publish your book and you hold a finished copy in your hands, where do you sell it? I read once you can try to sell it at book stores.My boyfriend said that I should go to trade shows and try to sell it.

I have a kindle Fire and so does my cousin. We have minecraft pocket edition for each Kindle. Before I got an update I had an amazing glitch that allowed me to double diamonds, gold, iron, and lapis. Sadly I got an update and the glitch was patched. Before the update, I was able to join games with my cousin but once I updated, every time I try to join his game it says error: Outdated server! And i can't join. I've tried update his but he needs to have an Amazon account and he can't have one.Is there anyway we can fix this problem? Please?

I bought my first kindle ebook last week. Last night I watched a youtube of an old tv show - This is your life - Muhammed Ali.At the end of the clip I was greeted by an amazon adv to buy a boxing book. Not interested but I had mixed feelings of it being potentially helpful and sort of intrusive too. How do you feel about this?

What is the name of this game?

I recently played one of those jewel puzzle kind of games where you have to match at least three of the same color to get them to break but I can not remember the name of it… its driving me crazy so hopefully someone knows which one I'm talking about… in the game you only get a set amount of moves to try to free up or break the brick pieces in the puzzle, instead of getting points only for matching the colored pieces… if you get a row of five the same color, the ball turns into a rainbow and whichever color you hit with it will disappear all across the board, and each level is a different shape or different amount of bricks. I played it on the Kindle Fire if that helps figure it out at all… thanks!

Q1: From the standpoint OF THE TAXPAYER, is our so-called "national debt" really a debt?
A1: No, it is not really a debt because it has none of the three essential qualities of a debt.

1. The TAXPAYER will never repay the debt.

Yes, bonds are redeemed at maturity, but the "national debt" is the total value of outstanding Treasuries (TVOT).In our history, we have rarely had even a modest annual budget surplus.No serious politician today has any plan whatsoever for a budget surplus.In effect, the "national debt" / TVOT has never been repaid and never will be repaid. The TVOT must grow with the economy.An economy without an adequate supply of risk-free Treasuries is not just undesirable but unthinkable!

2. The TAXPAYER does not pay a significant debt interest.

Yes, the bond-holders receive significant interest payments, but the Treasury pays the interest by simply auctioning more bonds, ad infinitum, with no burden other than a few keystrokes. Economists recognize this by declaring that our "primary" annual budget deficit does not include debt interest payments because they never consume physical resources and have no economic effect.

3. The TAXPAYER does not assume a burden.

The Treasury can always redeem a security by selling another. If necessary, it can create an artificial shortage by buying securities on the open market with keystrokes, as with "quantitative easing".It is not assuming a burden like a home-buyer undertaking a mortgage. A Treasury bond cannot be foreclosed.

The Treasury auctions bonds only because Congress requires that the proceeds cover the annual budget deficit. Such "borrowing" is an unnecessary relic of the former gold standard regime. This requirement was suspended during World War II, followed by 35 years of strong economic growth without harmful inflation, thus proving that such "borrowing" is absolutely unnecessary.

Under our fiat currency and floating exchange rate regime, which we have had since 1971, there is no reason to believe that budget deficits cannot be successfully financed by keystrokes.

Inflation? Deficit spending NEVER causes inflation during a recession. During prosperity, bank lending ALWAYS causes inflation, creating over $30 of credit for every deficit dollar spent. Regulate the banks!

The German "Weimar Republic" deliberately caused inflation to avoid paying war reparations in gold.
Zimbabwe is the victim of corruption.An oil embargo caused stagflation. The Eurozone does not have our fiat currency. None of that stuff applies to us. And the Fed targets 1% to 3% inflation and fears deflation.

A2: For the risk-free interest that they demand, where would they put $11T? The Wall Street casino? GM bonds? Illinois bonds? Detroit bonds? CDs? Safety is not everything. Safety is the ONLY thing!

Q3: What if these risk-averse buyers prefer foreign bonds?
A3: That could happen only if another nation's bonds become safer than ours. And that can happen only if that nation's infrastructure becomes better than ours. And that can happen only if US voters worry more about our "national debt" / TVOT than they worry about China's fast-growing infrastructure.So far, China is still hoarding its mountain of low-interest US bonds!

Q4: Won't we need higher tax rates to pay for infrastructure?
A4: Contrary to the myth, our money tree does not need our taxes to finance government. (The IRS shreds all cash payments!) Government spends first and then, ONLY to avoid inflation, taxes almost all of it back. (How else did the first tax payer get money fo

Every federal dollar spent is finally pocketed either by the IRS or by a private saver. Our annual budget deficit is exactly equal to the annual private sector savings increase. Yes, DEFICITS = SAVINGS! No deficits, no savings! Our so-called "national debt" is really our Total Private Sector Savings (TPSS). The dreaded "Debt Clock" is really the "Savings / Investment / Consumer Demand Clock"!!

Since bank loans must be repaid with interest, budget deficits are the ONLY source of private sector savings. We need to DOUBLE "national debt" / TVOT / TPPS / Investment / Consumer Demand to guarantee prosperity! Our ratio of "national debt" plus total bank deposits to GDP is less than half of the comparable figure for China. Our M2 (money supply) / GDP ratio is half of Switzerland's ratio.

Debts for our grandchildren? If we employ idle resources, we will leave them assets such as Lincoln's railways and telegraph, the TVA, community hospitals, the Interstate Hig

Q5: How much should Congress tax and spend?
A5: Ideally, Congress should tax barely enough to prevent inflation and should spend almost enough to cause full employment and inflation. Result: low unemployment and low inflation. Heaven on Earth!

Instead, Congress, bribed by Wall Street, taxes as little as possible, enriching the rich, and spends as little as possible, impoverishing the rest of us by restricting "national debt" / TVOT / TPSS / Investment / Consumer Demand. Just as quacks killed George Washington by bleeding "bad blood", Congress is destroying our rising generations by cutting (maybe entirely!) deficits / private sector savings increase.

Result: recessions, high unemployment rates, a reserve army of unemployed labor, a growing under-class, a scared work force, declining wages, still lower consumer demand, etc., etc.: a downward spiral of despair. Growing inequality will create a land of slums and gated communities: Hell on Earth!

Q6:

A6: Vote for someone who NEVER worries about the "national debt" / TVOT / TPSS / Investment / consumer demand and ALWAYS worries about the 20% of unemployed and underemployed Americans who draw benefits forever instead of building infrastructure to stay ahead of China.

Unfortunately, exactly half of our voters have below-average intelligence. And there's no cure for that.

A7: Moron! If you could legally print dollars, why would you balance your budget? Our money tree only needs to balance full employment against inflation. Why can't you understand something so simple?

How to download mobi files from Amazon?

I'm wondering if it's possible for me to actually download the mobi file of my books from Amazon. Currently, I seem to be only able to download the books via the Kindle app and getting them stored in the.azw format on my computer in the "My Kindle Content" file. The thing is, I usually read ebooks on my tablet or smartphone (both Android) and I find Moon+ Reader Pro to be a far superior ebook reading app than Kindle. I hate it that I'm restricted to reading Amazon's books on their app simply because I don't have access to the mobi file that I paid for. Any advice?

RULES OF THE GAME: I give my own answers to my questions below.To falsify the logic, you must, instead of ranting, show that my answers are incorrect. Play the game by the rules!

Q1: From the standpoint OF THE TAXPAYER, is our so-called "national debt" really a debt?
A1: No, because it has none of the three essential qualities of a debt.

1. The TAXPAYER will never repay the debt.

Yes, bonds are redeemed at maturity, but the "national debt" is the total value of all outstanding Treasuries.In our history, we have rarely had even a modest annual budget surplus.No serious politician today has any plan whatsoever for a budget surplus.In effect, the "national debt" has never been repaid and never will be repaid. The total value of all outstanding Treasuries must grow with the economy.

2. The TAXPAYER does not pay a significant debt interest.

Yes, the bond-holders receive significant interest payments, but the Treasury pays the interest by simply auctioning more bonds, ad infinitum, with no burden other than a few keystrokes. Economists recognize this by declaring that our "primary" annual budget deficit does not include debt interest payments because they never consume physical resources and have no economic effect.

3. The TAXPAYER does not have a burden.

The Treasury can always redeem a security by selling another. If necessary, it can create an artificial shortage by buying securities on the open market with keystrokes.It is not assuming a burden like a home-buyer undertaking a mortgage. A Treasury bond cannot be foreclosed.

The Treasury auctions bonds only because Congress requires that the proceeds cover the annual budget deficit. Such "borrowing" is an unnecessary relic of the former gold standard regime. This requirement was suspended during World War II, followed by 35 years of strong economic growth without harmful inflation, thus proving that such "borrowing" is absolutely unnecessary.

There is no reason to believe that, under the fiat currency regime and floating exchange rate which we have had since 1971, budget deficits cannot again be successfully financed by simple keystrokes instead of "borrowing" with bond auctions.

Inflation? Deficit spending NEVER causes inflation during a recession. During prosperity, bank lending ALWAYS causes inflation, creating over $30 of credit for every deficit dollar spent.

The Versailles Treaty's requirement that German war reparations be paid in gold caused the Weimar inflation. Zimbabwe is the victim of corruption.An oil shortage caused stagflation. The Eurozone does not have our fiat currency. None of that stuff applies to us.

Q2: Could bond-holders make a run on Treasuries?
A2: For the risk-free interest that they want, where would they put $11T? The Wall Street casino? GM bonds? Illinois bonds? Detroit bonds? CDs? Money Market? Stop kidding! Treasuries are the only game. Safety is not everything. Safety is the ONLY thing!

Q3: What if these risk-averse buyers prefer foreign bonds?
A3: That could happen only if another nation's bonds become safer than ours. And that can happen only if that nation's infrastructure becomes better than ours. And that can happen only if US voters worry more about our "national debt" / outstanding Treasuries / TPPS than they worry about China's fast-growing infrastructure.So far, China is still hoarding its mountain of low-interest US bonds!
Added (1). Q4: Won't we need higher tax rates to pay for infrastructure?
A4: Contrary to the myth, our money tree does not need our taxes to finance government. (The IRS shreds all cash payments!) Government spends first and then, ONLY to avoid inflation, taxes almost all of it back. (How else did the first tax payer get money for the first tax payment?)

Every federal dollar spent is finally pocketed either by the IRS or by a private saver. Our annual budget deficit is exactly equal to the annual private sector savings increase. Yes, DEFICITS = SAVINGS! No deficits, no savings! Our so-called "national debt" / outstanding Treasuries is really our Total Private Sector Savings (TPSS). The dreaded "Debt Clock" is really the "Savings Clock"!

Since bank loans must be repaid with interest, budget deficits are the ONLY source of private sector savings. We need to DOUBLE our deficit spending / "borrowing" / saving / consumer demand to guarantee prosperity! Our ratio of "national debt" / outstanding T
Added (2). Treasuries / TPSS plus total bank deposits to GDP is less than half of the comparable figure for China. Our M2/GDP ratio is half of Switzerland's.

Debts for our grandchildren? If we employ idle resources, we leave them assets such as Lincoln's railways and telegraph, the TVA, community hospitals, the Interstate Highway System, and the internet,

Q5: How much should Congress tax and spend?
A5: Ideally, Congress should tax just enough to prevent inflation and should spend almost enough to cause full employment and inflation. Result: low inflation and low unemployment, Heaven on Earth!

Instead, bribed by Wall Street, Congress taxes as little as possible, enriching the rich, and spends as little as possible, impoverishing the rest of us by restricting private sector savings / consumer demand. Just as quacks killed George Washington by bleeding his "bad blood", Congress is destroying our rising generations by cutting (maybe entirely!) deficits / private sector savings / consumer dem
Added (3). Demand.

Result: recessions, high unemployment rates, a reserve army of unemployed labor, a growing under-class, a scared work force, declining wages, still lower consumer demand, etc., etc.: a downward spiral of despair. Growing inequality will create a land of slums and gated communities: Hell on Earth!
Q6: How should one vote?
A6: Vote for someone who NEVER worries about the "national debt" / outstanding Treasuries / TPSS / consumer demand and ALWAYS worries about the 20% of unemployed and underemployed Americans who draw benefits forever instead of building infrastructure to stay ahead of China.

Unfortunately, half of our voters have below-average intelligence. And there's no cure for that.

Well, I am thinking about getting a Kindle as an ereader for my textbooks, and I just want to know if it supports PDF and ePub formats. If I alter the file of a rented ebook from kindle will the company find out?

GTA: Vice City on Kindle Fire HD Gameplay?

So I was thinking of downloading Vice City on to my Kindle Fire HD from the app store, but I'm wondering what the gameplay is like, first. Being used to playing the series on a laptop, I can't imagine playing it on a Kindle and it being effective, and I don't want to pay for an app that I then don't like because of gameplay controls. There don't seem to be any answers to this anywhere, either.

Waterstones kindle warranty without receipt?

I bought my kindle a couple months ago. I haven't used it very much recently but yesterday I charged it but when I went to turn it on the screen was just blank. The green lights were flashing and everything but the screen was nothing. I have the original kindle btw.

Now I'm soo worried cause I don't even have my receipt! (I thought I kept it safe but its just some coffee shop receipt that I accidentally kept safe TT_TT)

English Angora Rabbit Help?

So I have finally gotten into breeding my first litters of Angoras! I'm super excited I just LOVE the breed.

I have 2 pregnant does currently that are due in about 28 days.
My mentor is a well know Angora breeder in 4H shows.
Mrs. Alana will be helping me with a lot of stuff, but I am someone who loves to get second opinions of everything.'

First off what is the best way to raise them?
I have been told of two different methods to raise the babies, Mrs. Alana has done both and told me I should pick which one would work best for me and my rabbits.
One way is the traditional way, leave the babies alone don't touch don't clean the cage etc.
But there is another way, basically since a mother rabbit only feeds her young twice a day after she has kindled you take the nest box out and only return the babies to her at feeding time.

She is a VERY good breeder and I want only the healthiest, happiest, best looking rabbits.

Another thing is cutting the belly hair, I know some breeders do while others don't.
Before mom gives birth the cut the belly hair down shorter so the babies can find the nipples easier and they place some of the cut hair into the box so she can nest.
Others do not so IDK which would be better.
Mrs.Alana doesn't because hers are Champion Show rabbits, since mine are of breeding stock quality I am not as worried about it but would still prefer to keep the hair on.
My bunnies all live together in the barn (A/C and heat) I keep it at 68 degrees Farenheit since here in Texas it gets really hot.

Should I turn it up a bit for the babies? I just don't want my other bunnies to cook.

I've done a lot of research but it I am torn on which would be best,
any suggestions.

Why am i having problems charging?

I bought a kindle fire and it was working fine, had a few problems but i sorted those out.the problem i've got now though is really annoying.it won't charge.i've plugged in the usb cord that it came with into a adapter plug and it just won't seem to charge.i've looked on the kindle forums on amazon but no one seems to have the problem i've got.i can plug the usb into it and when i go on the device page it shows it.saying "Battery 1% remaining (charging) but the charging part keeps disappearing and then coming back, i've had my kindle plugged in all day because it had low battery and i was playing a game on it when it suddenly shut down.i've tried with my phone charger because they're the same slot but i don't know why it won't work.can anyone help me?

Kindle Fire stuck in bootloop?

My Kindle Fire is the earliest model there is. I gave it a full charge and powered it on, now it's stuck on the white and yellow Kindle Fire loading screen where it looks like it might turn on, it blacks out for a moment, then goes back to loading. I have a Mac computer so whenever I Google the solution I get a ton of answers for PC. I haven't done anything unusual for it, aside from not having used it in a while? Deleted book from my amazon account won't go away on my Kindle?

I have the first generation kindle.No touch screen, not really made for internet; it's just an Ereader. I bought this book and I found that I absolutely don't like it and I deleted it off of the manage my Kindle section of my amazon account. But the book is still on my Kindle. I've tried syncing the device and I've even rebooted it. There's no way to manually get the book off of the device and my account on amazon doesn't show the book at all. Could she have Aspergers's?

I used to work in pediatrics with kids with many forms of autism. We also have a now 12 yr.old neighbor girl who I just now realized may actually have Asperger's syndrome. The symptoms I have seen over a 6 yr.time frame are: lack of social skills, for example, she doesn't greet people, new or old by saying hi or anything, she just starts chatting incessantly about something she is doing. She talks non stop giving you every detail you can imagine. For example today she called my cell phone asking for my daughter, and I told her to call the home phone, but instead of just saying "okay, bye", she proceeded to tell me all about her new pants, down to what color the seams were. Then later when my daughter was at her house with her, she could not deviate from talking about my little pony and wanting to watch my little pony on her kindle. She obsesses about this topic all the time. Although she appears to lack typical social skills and always has, she also seems to be quite intelligent, using vocabulary that most kids her age do not use, and I have noticed this since she was about 7. I really think she may have Asperger's and is undiagnosed. If so, I am wondering how to go about approaching her family on the topic.
