How to transfer books from lap top to amazon fire?
ive got lots of ebooks on my lap top and want to put them on my amazon fire but cant find where to put them. I had a kindle fire and i would copy and paste them into the documents folder, where do i put them on the fire? Any help will be nice

What is wrong with my daughter?
My daughter is very quiet and soft spoken. She also likes to read a lot. On the weekends, she sometimes stays in her bed all day, curled in a ball reading her Kindle. She also likes to sit on the couch, wrapped up in a blanket, reading. During the week she always starts reading after she's done her homework and reads late into the night. When we go on vacation, the only things she does on the plane are read and sleep. And when we go to the beach, she lays on the beach towel and reads all day. She also reads very fast and routinely reads 400 page books in one sitting, and she read 190 books last year. She has friends but never wants to see them outside of school. I'm glad she isn't partying and stuff, but why does she read so much?

One page of an ebook will not show up on Kindle on my Macbook. What do I do?
I have recently rented an ebook for Kindle for my Accounting class and it has been going well so far. However, today, I find that one of the pages is completely blank. I tried to restart my laptop and nothing happened. I tried to close Kindle and open it again, but it did not work either. I did not delete the ebook because I do not want to take the risk of losing it and pay more money to rent it again. How do I restart for the page to show up again? I looked up solutions and they do not work. What do I do?

Whats going on with my Facebook messages on my phone?!
All my messages on messenger have deleted themselves, i cant receive or see group chats.

I miss him, should I contact him?
I had a dream about an ex boyfriend last night and i found out that I missed him and that he would be the PERFECT guy for me. We dated a few years ago, but broke up because I was decerning the convent. I have now found that I am called to the married life, but I feel I lost the guy. How do I contact him and not make it weird. I want to re-kindle the fire, we are both sophomores in college

I would like to buy a tablet but I don t know much about them. Mostly for reading ebooks?
All I want to use it for is.
Putting in my micro sd card to read all my ebooks on a bigger screen with a light,
playing with and using apps from the Google play store (preferably),
to take videos and pictures,
connecting to wifi to use basic internet.
and definitely do not want a kindle.

Devices that previously connected to wifi, now refuse to connect, help?
I'm trying to connect my devices to my wifi, one device (kindle fire) was previously working and connected and after a while I noticed my other devices (both mobile devices) would refuse to connect. I linked my kindle up with the wifi probably about a year or so ago, the password has not changed since. I was thinking maybe it was just the mobile devices that had a problem, i then tried connecting them to my sister's wifi nextdoor and they worked just fine. I wanted to see if it would do the same to my kindle so on that, i went to connections and chose "forget network" on my wifi. I then went to type in my password and reconnect and it attempted to connect then showed up as "unauthorized" or "unavailable" or something like that.
my mobile devices do somewhat the same when i try forgetting the network and reconnecting, they attempt to connect then fail and keep doing so until i choose "forget network" again.
this is quite frustrating, anyone else had this problem?

Any Kindle Fire users here?
Some of my courses offer e-books that dramatically save on the pocketbook, but at the same time, reading text on my laptop usually leaves me with nasty headaches after 4 hours or so--I decided to look into getting an ebook reader.
I saw the Kindle Fire for an astonishingly low price of 50-60 bucks (with WLAN, bluetooth, and everything)… I was expecting to have to shell out at least 300 or so. I'm kind of new to this field, can anyone tell me why the Kindle Fire is so cheap?
And did it give you headaches after reading it for an extended period of time?

Kindle for PC (Text-To-Speech): How To Have Kindle Read Starting On Left of Page?
I am using Kindle PC with Text-To-Speech and the program is firstly reading the paragraph to the farthest right and then when complete reads the left most paragraph from top to bottom. Please any advice on how to fix this. I finally got the Windows Narrator to be quiet (:

My daughter doesn't have a life?
My 16 year old daughter is introverted and never wants to socialize with anyone outside of school. She only has a few friends. When she doesn't have any homework, she reads books on her Kindle. She stays up late reading all the time. Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and walk by her room and see her reading her Kindle. All she does on the weekend is curl up in a ball on the sofa and read her Kindle all day. She reads pretty fast, and she's read 400 page books in one sitting. She always turns down her friends' invitations to hang out. She takes her Kindle with her in her purse everywhere she goes. We went on vacation a few weeks ago, and she took her Kindle and laid on the beach the entire day reading. She never goes to parties or anything. I know it's a good thing that she's not getting drunk or pregnant or things like that, but I'm still worried about her social life. She never wants to socialize outside of school.
