If you sufficiently alter a movie still using Photoshop so the actors are no longer recognizable can you legally use it as an ebook cover?

I saved a still from a movie and painted over it and applied several filters so essentially it is a different picture with only the pose of the actors remaining. Is this legally acceptable as an ebook cover on Kindle Direct?
Added (1). Just a note: The picture is so different that Google Image search does not recognize it.
