Recommended budget smart phone?
I don't know much about phones, I just know that I want one capable of having a: good dictionary app (omg i need one D: ), some games, internet, and some kind of decent map app for getting around. I work a minimum wage job, and my dog has vet bills… So I'm not looking for anything great. At the very, very least one that can handle a good dictionary app would do. But internet would be a plus for sure… I can only print out so much for studying at work during breaks and lunch.
What do you guys recommend?
Or maybe it'd be cheaper to get like a kindle for that stuff and like a flip phone or something? I don't freaking know. X___x Dumb monthly phone bills making stuff all confusing and jazz.

What is the tone in the poem One Today?
I'm having a hard time recognizing the tone in the poem, "One Today" by Richard Blanco. Also what does "a story told by our silent gestures" mean?
"One Today"
One sun rose on us today, kindled over our shores, peeking over the Smokies, greeting the faces of the Great Lakes, spreading a simple truth across the Great Plains, then charging across the Rockies. One light, waking up rooftops, under each one, a story told by our silent gestures moving behind windows.
My face, your face, millions of faces in morning's mirrors, each one yawning to life, crescendoing into our day: pencil-yellow school buses, the rhythm of traffic lights, fruit stands: apples, limes, and oranges arrayed like rainbows begging our praise. Silver trucks heavy with oil or paperâ€Â" bricks or milk, teeming over highways alongside us, on our way to clean tables, read ledgers, or save livesâ€Â" to teach geometry, or ring-up groceries as my mother did for twenty years, so I could write this poem.

How to meet a girl with a Kindle?
I'm a 15 year old guy. I'm a huge introvert and bookworm and I spend most of my free time reading my Kindle. I also like words and love learning new words. I want a gf to cuddle and sit next to while I read. I want a cute chick to go to book signings and stuff with and with whom I can make out until my lips are numb. THERE ARE NO GIRLS AT THE LIBRARY OR BOOKSTORE. Where can I look?!

Are fake credit card illegal?
I want to get apps on my kindle (just free apps) but I still need to enter a credit card number and I'm 16 so I don't own a credit card. Online there are a ton of websites that gives you freed valid credit card numbers but they're for testing, or something like that. Is using one of these considered illegal?

Why do some of the most simple melodies make really good songs?
If you look at bands like Green Day, Foo Fighters, and Incubus, the tabs for them are relatively simple compared to something like Jimi Hendrix. How is their music sounded so ground breaking but much of it is so simple to learn? What is it that actually makes these simple tunes turn into a great piece?

I split juice on my cracked tablet, and I don't know what to do?!
I took my tablet to school this morning (which is in fact a Kindle Fire HD) for a project we needed to do. While that, I forgot I had a cup of orange juice in my bag and it burst, wetting everything including my tablet.
This happen around 12:45 today. I just got back home, and I'm freaking out! My tablet is cracked, with a few holes around it, allowing some of the juice to seep in and damage it from the inside. Now it won't turn back on! Occasionally it will for a while, but it's always stuck on the load screen, then it cuts back to black.
If my parents find out that it got broken, then they'll kill me! What do I do?! Can I still save it?

Facebook messenger app not working?
Sometime last year, I deleted my Facebook account. I didn t have Facebook messenger then. Today, I made a new account and downloaded Facebook messenger, but it just won't work? Nothing is loading and it won't let me create a group and if I click on a person, it says could not load messages. I tried the app on my phone and kindle and it just won t work. It s really frustrating. What do I do?!

How to entertain myself without electronic devices?
Starting this year, my mom declared that our entire family will be spending 2 weeks with no electronic devices. This means computers,cell phones,kindles,ipods,ipads, and even television. This sounds tough for me because I am a typical high school sophomore who stays on electronic devices. What are some creative and fun or educt things to do during the 2 week electronic ban?

Reading without getting distracted?
My English teacher is really strict and we have to read certain amounts every quarter. I'm a high level reader but I get distracted easily. I read on my phone, which is why I get distracted. I read for like 20 minutes and go to an app or something. But I really don't want to read a paper book cuz I have all the books in my Kindle app. I try my best not to get distracted, trust me. Is there any method I can use not to get distracted? Besides "go to a quiet room" or "clear your mind" crap. And please don't tell me to read a paper book cause I just can't:p thanks guys

Book for basic horse knowledge?
My best friend is a equestrian and I know very little about horses in general. Anyone know of a book or books that I can try to get off Amazon Kindle(or similar) to help me? Is minecraft easy to play on the pc?
I currently play the Pocket Edition on my Kindle Fire but want to be able to interact with other players. Does the pc version have a creative mode? I like making builds but don't like trying to fight off zombies and other monsters. Are the controls easy? When I go to break blocks of the PE version, I just have to touch the screen. Do they have minecraft for the wii or play station 2 or game cube?

Ipad or kindle fire for toddler?
Ok, before anyone gets this twisted, and assumes I spoil my daughter rotten and get her whatever it is that she wants or I just sit her in front of the TV 24/7, I dont. I have a 16 month old daughter who rather play outside weather it's bright and sunny or thunder and lightning then sit down and watch tv. I encourage her to play with her toys and color all the time. And she loves to read and read to me too. But she does have a small addiction to youtube (peppa pig and mickey mouse clubhouse does her in all the time lol)
I'm asking if parents preferred ipad over a kindle for there kids education wise. I know there is no better way to teach your child then to do it yourself because we are the greatest influence in our children's lives, but I plan to use it for her to watch her youtube for now and some toddler friendly apps for her age. Also, to just basically keep her entertained during plane rides or long car rides when shes over coloring or reading. I'd prefer her using something educational that can grow with her. Any input appreciated! :)

Would this help my old dog get more along with my new puppy or not?
usually my old dogs sleeps with me but now the puppy does too and so my old dogalways walks out and like sleeps somewhere else. So I close the door so that she can't get out, kindle suggesting that I want her here, but she just sleeps under my bed instead. Is this helping improve their relationship or actually harming it?
