Just bought a physical copy of a book and realized that I'm on my phone most the time anyways, so why didn't I just buy it for cheaper with kindle?

Is manga eligible for Kindle Unlimited?

I love reading manga but it's so expensive. So I'm thinking of getting kindle unlimited so i can read as much as I want for $10/month instead of $10/book. But I don't want to get charged in 30days of it's not eligible. So please let me know if it's worth it. Unserious answers will be reported. Thank you:)

Kindle Single Guidelines?

When I try to search for how to submit to "Kindle Singles" and their guidelines, etc., the only page I can find through Amazon is the following:

"Submissions Policy
Kindle Singles is not accepting unsolicited manuscripts at this time. Our editors will respond to all submissions currently in the queue as of June 22nd, 2017."

I'm guessing this just means they are not taking submissions at this time because, and I'm only guessing, they want to catch up with submissions made before June 22nd before taking in more?
