Why don't Christians understand why atheists reject the notion that Jesus really existed?

They always ask stupid questions like why we believe that real historical figures like Muhammad or Moses or Buddha existed when we deny the historicity of Jesus. The problem is in the historical record. The only record of Jesus is in the Bible, which we already know is false.

There is no mention of him outside of the fantastic fables of a retarded people. There are no court documents from the trial. There are no passing references to the massive popular movement he supposedly led. He left no writings. There's nothing outside of sketchy second hand accounts in one particular book that would be best used as kindling.

On the other hand we have legitimate (ie non-Biblical) proof that the other figures they bring up were real people. We have evidence of Socrates through Plato's writings. We have evidence of Muhammad from hadith and the Islamic historians. We have evidence of Buddha from Indian tradition and Buddhist lore. While all of these accounts are also second hand they are inherently more reliable and can be trusted to establish the existence of these people if not every single detail of their lives.

I read a review that claimed that they bought a Kindle Fire tablet and it came with their personal info (from Amazon.com) was pre-loaded on the tablet. Is this true? The review has "Verified Purchase" next to it so I doubt it's a prankster.

Can you delete the amazon shopping app off an amazon tablet?

I tried to just hold it and press uninstall and it would not work. My boyfriend got me the tablet for Christmas and it is a really nice tablet so i don't want to just get rid of the tablet. But since i got the tablet i have used the shopping app a little too much! As in something comes in the mail from amazon like every day or every other day! I tend to have a addictive personality… So well is there a way to get rid of a pre-installed app on the tablet? If its not there i can't use it or buy stuff off it.

Is it possible to beat someone up without getting in trouble?

I'm a 19-year-old man with a lot of pent-up rage and I think the only way to kindle it is through aggression. I don't want to smash something expensive like a car because that's obviously not a smart thing to do and I can't beat up my sister because it's against the law for a man to beat up a girl (although there are times where I want to beat girls to a pulp whenever they piss me off). I just want to know if there's a way to beat anyone up without getting the authorities involved.

Why can't i connect my kindle to the internet?

I just got a kindle for my birthday and I couldn't connect it to the Wi-Fi. I can use the Wi-Fi with my computer, I-Pad and all the other things but I couldn't connect my kindle to Wi-Fi. I've tried everything. I know my Wi-Fi's password and I've tried advanced and it didn't work. I really don't want to do it manually. Cotton fabric project ideas?

I have a bunch of fabric left over from various projects. It's all printed cotton fabric (quilter's cotton fabric), so no flannel or soft, fuzzy stuff. Most of it is 1 to 2 yards (clean cut) and some of it is less than 1 yard and cut into weird shapes. Any suggestions for cool projects that result in something useful? I don't need any more pillow covers…

What is a good tablet that's under 200 bucks?

I understand that I might have to go on eBay and Amazon and buy a used tablet. I just need it so i can purchase my etextbook (it's cheaper than buying the physical textbook or renting). Should I get a kindle fire that's 50 bucks or a google nexus 7(2013, second generation), or a Samsung Galaxy tab? An original iPad mini? Any ideas or tips are welcomed

My gmail is syncing with devices I don't have? Confused?

Hi, I use a kindle fire for most of my browsing, the browser is called Silk. When I look at my current and recently synced devices, I see both a mac laptop and the windows PC I use. I've never signed into or used a mac laptop. When I click on the mac one, it says that I've used it in two different states/cities, which is completely correct; the cities that are synced with the account are both places I've been recently. I see no suspicious behavior, I'm just confused as to why my devices are incorrect. It doesn't acknowledge my kindle as a device, it always says the device I'm on is a samsung cellphone, which, like the mac laptop, I've never signed into nor have had or used; while I'm on my kindle. It doesn't make sense. Why is this happening? I noticed this happening last month too and changed my password/logged out of all synced devices but it's still happening for some reason.
