Yamamoto Kotetsuko Manga?

I've looked everywhere online trying to purchase physical copies of the mangaka Yamamoto Kotetsuko's manga. But they only sell them in Japanese? Specifically, I'm trying to purchase Honto Yajuu (Like The Beast) but I just can't find physical copies only Ebooks and Kindles.

Is it not available in English? It hasn't been like.scanlated? I don't know if I'm properly using that term but I've read plenty of Yamamoto' s work in English online (probably via unallowed translation) and I just want to purchase all of their work now that I can afford it. Does anyone have any knowledge on the matter or atleast an educated guess? It's kind of grinding on my nerves.

When it comes to tablets Samsung's suck, iPads are the best hands down my family owns some, but I just scored myself a free a amazon fire kindle 5th generation looks in mint condition, GameStop trade value is really low like 8-15$ max should I just keep it for personal use? How are kindles compared to iPads? & what's the main thing kindles are for? Reading?
