Anyone have any ideas to help my screaming autistic son?

I have a non verbal son with autism. He mainly just watched movies or play games or puzzles on his kindle. I always try to take him outside and he will go down the slide or go for a walk sometimes without screaming. He does like to go swimming but we have to drive to get to a pool and every time we go somewhere he screams! An ear piercing scream too! He does it constantly in the car, when before he liked car rides. But he does it at home too, just not as much as in a car. He screams at school a lot too. I'd say he probably screams anywhere from 50 to 75 times a day, if it's a really bad day. It's not long drawn out screams, but short loud screams. Everyone says it will get better. HE IS 11 Years Old.it's not getting better! I get so stressed and I'm sure he is too, but I don't know what to do anymore! He was on a gfcf diet before but would hardly eat anything, of course he only eats a few things now. It's hard to exactly pinpoint the reason why he screams. I think when he does it in the car it's because he would rather sit at home but I want him to get out and do things! Plus I have other kids and we have places that we need to go to. I'm at a real loss. Any ideas would be very helpful! Thanks!

Looking for a specific type of music?

Ok so if any are you familiar with Aerials by system of a down the end of the album version has a two minute long outro that sounds awesome. It's like African almost with flute and drums and it's sweet. They also have a part in Science' from the same album and it sounds cool. Basically I like industrial rock a lot and I might like psychedelic with the satir guitar. Anybody have recommendations fitting this?

Is the Netgear N300 Wireless Router reliable? I needed a new router but when I went into BestBuy today the saleswoman swore up and down that if I bought the N300 it would drop the signal all the time for my laptop and kindle (only wifi electronics).
Any unbiased reviews?

How to do a system restore to an earlier time, on Kindle Fire?

Is there a way to do a system restore to an earlier time, on Kindle Fire?
Added (1). Heidi answered just now

Edit

I do not want to do a factory restore or anything like that. I had a game on there, that I had made lots of progress on, then it asked me if I wanted to connect with my friends for 50 tokens (tokens you use in the game), so I said, ok, but then it wiped out my old game with all my stuff and my progress. I tried uninstalling it from the device, then reinstalling it, using the cloud data instead of connecting though facebook, but it is still gone. I was hoping t

Am I the only one that finds Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram to be pretty dumb?

I just turned 27 but I can say that Im a little oldschool when it comes to the overall persona of how society should spend their day. I cannot believe how many people there are out there that spends thousands of hours behind a computer screen with these social networking/blogging, micro-blogging sites or whatever its called. Nobody hangs out anymore, they are too busy tweeting or blogging just about the same, trivial thing as before. The way I see it, how in the world could other people find any relevance whatsoever from someone that is tweeting about themselves going to the store or to a movie theater?

You know what they say, "if you cant beat em', join em'" and if there is no way that society (specifically people of my generation) could be pursuaded to go back to how it was… Then should I just go with the flow and do what everyone else does with these sites? Its pretty sad for guys who cannot get a GF just because he doesnt have a Twitter account. I guess its cause he's not "in with the crowd" or "in with the fad" these days.

*I actually had a facebook account but this was years and years ago. I deactivated it after a month because it just wasnt my style.

What do you think of people like this?

Personality wise. People who are quiet, but not shy. They will speak when spoken to, are friendly, but just keep to themselves.
A "still waters run deep" kind of person. Someone who doesn't trust easily, only has a few friends but is very close to them.
Someone who is kind of mysterious and complex, but can be "solved" over time.
Someone who thinks about life a lot, values good morales, plans ahead for the future and likes daydreaming.
Someone who is very independent and intelligent, who plans to achieve and succeed.
Self-motivated, but underestimated to those who don't know any better.
Someone who would rather observe and is introverted, but confident in themselves.
Who is wise and intuitive, creative and thoughtful. Sometimes emotionally reserved but can be compassionate.
Someone who is loyal and trustworthy. Also brutally honest, but not rude.
Someone who's more "in-tune" with non verbal communication and can understand a lot with only a little information.
Someone who likes the simple things in life but also likes to be adventurous at times.

What do you think of people like this? Would they be an ideal friend? An ideal mate?
I'm only asking because this is my personality.
(I am female, if this helps.)
