How to reconnect my Kindle Fire to Wi Fi?

My Kindle Fire is not connecting to the internet and I'm not sure why. I've had it for two years and haven't had that much of an issue until now. This started yesterday. I have tried turning it on and off hundreds of times but it's not helping. I even tried shutting down all the internet devices in my house and that hasn't helped either. Does anyone know of anything else I can try? Thanks!

If you buy a kindle book from the USA amazon can you still read it from the UK?

OK so I want to get L.J smiths fanfiction book from Amazon. It's only published in the USA but if I buy it in the USA can I still read it? Or does in not let me buy it? All I want is to know if it would be possible to read a USA book that's not published in the UK.

I can't set the price for my Kindle book. What am I doing wrong?

I got a book ready for Kindle and now I just have to set up my pricing. I set it for worldwide distribution and 70% royalties, set it at $1.99 and accept the terms. However, for some reason it keeps telling me to set the royalties. "Please provide a royalty plan." is what it tells me even though I did put in a price in. No matter what price or either royalty plan, it keeps telling me that. Strangest of all is that if I leave it blank and save as a draft, it tells me that my information is saved, yet putting a number in the price gets the same error. I don't even want to attempt to submit it with a blank spot for fear that I can't go back and edit it.

I looked at the documentation and I tried putting it for $2.99 at 70% as it appears to be the minimum, but still get the error message.

Why should I buy a kindle?

Hey guys, I already have an ipad 2 with the kindle app on it, and as far as I can see, it offers the same advantages that a kindle would offer me. So my question is, what incentive is there for me to shell out 200 dollars or so to buy a kindle (regardless of make or model), when I already have the app on a fully working device. While it may seem like there is no incentive to do so, logic tells me that allowing this app to be available for ios and for (i think) android would simply be dooming the kindle line to near extinction as nearly everyone owns a device that runs one of these operating systems these days… So it seems to me like I am missing something here, what features does the kindle have that could elicit my purchase of it.

As to my original interest in it, I am an avid reader and would certainly love to expand my collection with a series of portable goods, and as such, the main activity I would picture myself doing on the kindle is reading… I have an ipad and computer for movies and entertainment.

Why am I bombarded with so much media?

When I had Cable TV I'd be watching a program and there would be some advertisement for some other show. If I watched the news there could be three or four crawls at the bottom of the screen. When I am surfing the Net I get followed around by ads. I've been followed around by Mexican blankets, dresses, Kindle Fires, cat food, results of Tiger games, especially when they lose--stuff about singles and finding someone. Enough is a enough. If I want information I can look it up without all this stuff.

What is the best smart phone?

Had an iPhone 4. After awhile I had issues with it not hanging up after a phone call. Got really hot, too. Started using the speaker phone. Better but not perfect and not always good to be on speaker.
Now have a Blackberry. OK, not great.
Also have an iPad 2. I like it a lot for the apps, ebook reader, music, videos - really like watching movies & TV shows in it.
But seems to make the Blackberry redundant. Is there 1 device that does it all? Or am I best off with the iPad and a phone for just calls, texts and a simple camera.

How to make my kindle turn on?

I did manage to get what was on the screen, something telling me to charge it, to recede but I can't get it to turn on. Regular kindle, not kindle fire.
