Will driving traffic to my kindle book help it sell?

Hello, so i published a book to kindle and made A LOT of sales on the first day of publishing. But by sales are starting to slow down now and I was thinking of some ways to drive me sales up again. I had a couple different sources drive traffic to my ebook on amazon each stated to provide 150-200 people a day non china and botted traffic. I guess ill have to wait and see but I was just wondering if anyone else has had positive results in doing this?

What are some good apps to sideload to kindle fire hd?

I have downloaded instagram but I am looking for other good apps that the Amazon app store does not carry. Any suggestions on good apps that you have sideloaded?

How to root my Kindle Fire without a computer?

I just got my Kindle Fire a few weeks ago and I like it, but I really want to root it to make it more of a real android tablet. I want a new launcher and to be able to use the Google Play market. I have a computer, but I'm fairly new to rooting and don't trust myself to do it without bricking the device. I was wondering if there was some sort of root apk file that I could download directly to the Kindle. Like gingerbreak.

Kindle Paperwhite battery life?

I bought a Kindle Paperwhite around two weeks ago, because I've read on Amazon about its impressive battery life that can last for more than a month. But so far I'm not seeing it. I have the lights on around 10, and I keep the wifi on all times. I turn off the screen when I don't use it, but I still have to charge every two to three days, which is far from what they mentioned on the website, and it's brand new too! I only have like 20 books or so. The thing is, now that I'm on spring break, I do read a lot, like 8 hours a day. I also charge on my computer because I like to organize my library while it's charging instead of charging with a mains socket. Is this the reason why my Kindle is draining battery like crazy? How long is its batteries supposed to last (I know what they say on the website is not usually true), and what can I do to extend its battery life? Thanks

How to purchase books on Kindle for Ipad?

From the samples I send to ipad. When I decide to buy the book after reading through the sample I don't see a button or link to purchase the entire book, which strikes me as such a hassle. Is there no way to purchase ebooks on my kindle app on ipad? Thanks.

What flash drive is compatible with my Kindle Fire HDX 8.9?

I'm trying to use my Kindle Fire to work on some projects that need to be done for work but I can't seem to be able to find a flash drive or some type of adapter to move/store the files. Can someone give me a name of what I need before I start buying stuff that's not compatible or doesn't work?

Can I return a flash drive to walmart without the box?

Yeah I recently bought a 32g pny flashdrive but I didn't realize it was too small to be compatible with the cord that came with my Kindle Fire but I threw away the box. Anyway does anyone know if I can return it without the box but with the receipt?
Added (1). Walmart is like an hour away from where I live and I don't really have enough money to burn gas whenever I want

Kindle fire apps won't update?

I've had my kindle for several months now, and out of the time I've had it, my apps on it have only updated TWICE. It's now to the point I can't use any of my apps bc all my apps need to update. I've asked several people about it and they have no idea. It's literally driving me crazy, someone help me with my problem!
