I have the fourth generation kindle which used to connect to the internet fine. I recently switched to Virgin media broadband and, since then, it won't connect to the internet. It doesn't detect any wi-fi networks and when I try to view the wi-fi settings page it does nothing. I have tried resetting it multiple times and changed a bunch of settings on my router. Nothing. My brother also has the fourth gen kindle. He has the same problem. I need to sort it out as I can't get any books. Is it a problem with the kindle or the wi-fi? All other electrical devices work fine on the new router.
