Can I download the Furby app on a kindle fire?

I would like a Furby, but don't have an ipod to download the app onto.Is it possible to download the app on a kindle fire? And if I used a kindle fire, would everything still function the way it would if you used an ipod?

Why cant I connect on the interent with hand-held devices on my wifi?

I can connect with my laptop but not with my ipod and kindle fire (first gen)
And I am certain of the password. If maybe the wifi has block hand-held device, please tell me how to reverse it

Could this be the fault of my college's wifi?

Okay, so I'm 95% confident that the IT people here, are slightly incompetent. Even with my limited knowledge of the internet and how it works best i know that one, YOU DO NOT LEAVE A COLLEGE CAMPUS'S INTERNET UNSECURED!
EVER!
IN A MILLION YEARS!!!
And two, you can't blame a printer for the internet screwing up.
So I have this friend, complicated relationship, not going into it, okay we're not "friends," we're "more" than friends, it is weird, I know. He and I usually talk a lot. He's going to a school that is 2 1/2 hours away, so we rely on facebook and texting.
Well, recently, he claims that he hasn't been getting my messages. And i am FREAKING out.
I know some of you may think that he is lying, but i don't think he is.
Here is an example.
Earlier today, i tried to message him and when i went to leave the "message" page on facebook, Google Chrome was like "you are still sending the message, are you sure you want to leave this page?" And i clicked, no. And I did this 5 times until I disconnected and then reconnected from the internet (for the 20th time today)
That seems the only solution to this problem whenever the internet goes down (which is a lot) is to disconnect and then reconnect.
It has gotten to the point where my SKYPE doesn't work properly.
Not only on my computer, but on my kindle!
And as for facebook, it sometimes works on my kindle.
I am using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (I REFUSE to use Internet Explorer) to try to get facebook to work, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
It is like something is intercepting my messages and completely stopping them.
Is it possible that this is because of my campus's internet and not my computer? Because my computer has always worked beautifully, and it isn't old, it is like 1 1/2 years old.
The IT department here on campus claims that because some people brought wireless printers, that that is the reason that the internet keeps screwing up. Honestly, I think that that is bull, because it still screws up even without the wireless printers on. I think it is because there are too many people on one server.
If it is because of my campus's internet, how can I remedy this/give the IT people suggestions? Because this is starting to get ridiculous, I'm starting to keep meticulous notes on when it screws up.
Thanks for any help, this has been going on for like, 4 weeks now and I'm going insane.

Replacing Kindle Fire HD Screen?

My Kindle Fire HD screen was damaged due to someone dropping it, and though it is within the 1 Year Warranty Amazon support told me it couldn't be replaced due to it being outside the 30 day after purchase (To be honest I could hardly understand customer support) and I was told I would have to purchase a new device.It was purchased at Best Buy, so does anyone know if I could bring it to them and see if they could fix my screen? I don't care about paying for repairs, only that my screen is fixed due to the fact I have most of my college textbooks rented on it =(

Amazon videos on kindle fire?

I have the kindle fire and i have many movies in my cloud and downloaded on the device but my movies that i have purchased and they are not rentals but they say that my rental has expired but its still in my cloud and i have to keep redownloading it and i know i dont rent them because i always click more purchase options to just purchase it i dont understamd whats going on.

None of my devices will connect to my home network?

Ok so i made a wifi network at home using command prompt.It shows up but never connects any of my devices (ipod, kindle fire, android phone).it says network unavailable on my ipod, says connecting on my android phone, and doesn't even show up on my kindle. I have 2 laptops at my house, 1 is windows 7 and the other is windows 8. I tried this on the windows 8 computer & those were the results. I tried using third party applications like virtual router, virtual router plus, maryfi, connectify, and mypublicwifi.none of them have worked, they either never broadcast a wifi signal or i come up with the same results as i stated above.please help, i've been trying to set this up for 3 days now.
more info: i have a wifi adapter (netgear), no wifi router (that's y i use third party apps), i no i could buy a wifi router but i'd really rather not since the only problem is that my network won't let any of my devices connect to it.if u need more info, please ask!!!
Added (1). Forgot to mention that my regular internet connection is through a wireless internet card (verzion access) i no that usually u have 2 a have a wired connection, but from what i've read i can use a wifi adapter along with an internet card

Kindle fire apps cant connect to facebook?

I have a kindle fire and ive been using it for a while but i have a problem with my apps.a lot of apps give you bonuses for connecting to facebook.but whenever i click those buttons a loading bar comes up like its trying to work but it just ends up exiting out and going back to the game.any help?
