What e-reader is suitable for using different reading apps like Kindle, Kobo, iBooks, etc?
Added (1). I am looking for an e-reader where I can read books using different reading apps like Kindle, Kobo, iBooks, etc rather than getting an e-reader designed for one app like Kindle or Kobo. Kindle Fire Tablet Issues!

I have a kindle fire tablet that is only 4 months old and it accidentally got wet just now and I had to bang it lightly to get the water out and it came one by itself. I was using it for about 30 minutes and it keeps shutting off by itself then turning back on and restarting, but then it stopped. Should I just try and wait for it to dry maybe? And yes its charged.
