Just brought a new fire kindle 10 inch HD everything seems fine until go to download an app or game and it sits there flashes then says an error occurred while trying to download
Exsisting transfered apps games from previous kindle ( fire 7 inch) won't download either
Wi fi and internet works what can try thanks
