Some of my courses offer e-books that dramatically save on the pocketbook, but at the same time, reading text on my laptop usually leaves me with nasty headaches after 4 hours or so--I decided to look into getting an ebook reader.
I saw the Kindle Fire for an astonishingly low price of 50-60 bucks (with WLAN, bluetooth, and everything)… I was expecting to have to shell out at least 300 or so. I'm kind of new to this field, can anyone tell me why the Kindle Fire is so cheap?
And did it give you headaches after reading it for an extended period of time?
