Bought a kindle fire book for school and Amazon froze my book up on a PC after opening the book up in the kindle reader on two separate computers at school--not fair considering I'm the only one with the password etc.-----so how do I get a refund for the book--I bought the book on the 14th. Its the 17th now--so I should be able to get a refund but can't find the right link-does anyone know?
