Hey everyone,
The past few weeks I haven't been able to purchase anything on my kindle. I've looked up related questions and can't find one with my problem. Ive gone to Manage My kindle. The correct card and billing address is in. Everytime I go to make a purchase it says "Purchasing" and then times out a minute or two later. The money never goes through. And it's getting quite frustrating. I've even tried using different cards, like my husbands.
