So, I was playing on an app (with the volume on) and suddenly the screen froze and a few seconds later it turned black. But I could still hear the game, so it definitely wasn't turned off. The battery was about 1/3 full, so it didn't shut down from lack of power. I tried to shut it off and restart it, but the button didn't do anything. I plugged it in, what else should I do? What caused this?
