Ok, so on my sister's Kindle Fire it has a screen when you turn it on that it has to reset but it doesn't have enough battery power to do so, please connect to a charger. Well it's been charging for a while and nothing has happened. But we don't want it to go back to the factory settings and lose all of the books and games? when we last used it we just turned it off and this morning it had this screen.
