Some of the letters on my keyboard get stuck when I'm trying to type. I tried reset a few times and once just this morning. I even had help from a lady over the phone. After she guided me through the reset I thought it was working and told her it was. I'm not very good at talking on the phone to business people and don't want to talk to this lady when she calls me back. The letters S, H and A are the most known to do this though others have got stuck here and there. I have Kindle Fire 2. Please tell me what I need to do.
Please don't send me a link that's going to make me just reset my Kindle Fire.
