I have the basic Kindle e reader with wifi. A while ago I noticed some weird problems with the screen. There's a pure white patch and a lot of lines, both white black and grey, and then what looks like the remains of a frozen image.My kindles warranty is up so I went ahead and opened it, and everything looks fine.So I reset it and the problem remained even through the reset process. Has anyone else had this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.
