Ok I'm a scorpio rising and it's really intense in my chart so I know a little such & such about scorps and what not.but I know a scorpio man and we go to school together we used to be close but I ended the friendship a couple of months ago.we haven't really spoke ever since .. but ever since I always catch him staring at me and he sends weird vibes my way (im very intuitive) and I saw him out & about and he said hello to me and never talked to me again I just want someones input on this behavior and should I make an initiative to re kindle the friendship again?
