Me and my brother often catch up on youtube videos at the same time (me on my iPhone and he on his kindle) and it seems like his kindle has a higher bandwidth priority than my iPhone.It almost feels as if I'm getting what he doesn't use. We have a 1.5Mb/s Internet speed, but only get download speeds of 160KB/s.Is there some way I can change this so it is equal between the 2?
