I know you can get online through a cell phone, but I want to know what my best and cheapest way to get online would be. The only thing I know about modern technology or ways to get on the computer are through a desktop computer, laptop computer and I think you can get online with a Kindle. I need a new computer and don't know what my best options are. Please be specific, because I don't know the difference between an Ipad and an Ipod. Thank you so much.
