Can anyone tell me the author & title of a children s or young-adult book that featured "whockleberries" and a "gold mass cat"? It was about the youngest boy in an isolated farm family who, as we might say today, had issues about separating his fantasies from reality. "Whockleberries" were raisins smushed onto the ends of sticks of kindling at the back of the woodshed -- the kid s older brothers encouraged him in the notion that if he kept a box full of weird ingredients under his bed, it would spontaneously generate a "gold mass cat"…

I need help with kindle e-book formatting. Picture and text not in the same page?

I'm having problems with formatting my e-book. The texts under my images are together in the same page in MS Word. However, when I look in Kindle Preview (and on my kindle device) they separate. I tried shrinking down the images, and it helps keep them in the same page, but now the images are too small. What can I do about this issue?

If you sufficiently alter a movie still using Photoshop so the actors are no longer recognizable can you legally use it as an ebook cover?

I saved a still from a movie and painted over it and applied several filters so essentially it is a different picture with only the pose of the actors remaining. Is this legally acceptable as an ebook cover on Kindle Direct?
Added (1). Just a note: The picture is so different that Google Image search does not recognize it.
