As a Christmas present for my niece i bought a 8gb kindle fire tablet off amazon yesterday for $30 since it was a cyber monday sale. I also bought a shockproof case and glass screen protector for $20. Was it a mistake to get it with the special offers if it's for my niece or should i hold off and pay amazon $15 to remove the ads before I give it to her? I got it because my brother complains that she uses his phone more than him and is prone to calling people with it by mistake.
