My daughter got a fire tablet for Xmas. We share an open wifi in our building but the fire is only picking up other private networks, the one we use for our iPhones isn't showing up.
I've checked it's not in aeroplane mode and restarted it.
The thing is, my boyfriends kindle fire can connect to the open network but this fire tablet won't. Please help!
