My laptop will connect to my home wi-fi network without any problems, however it will detect my phone but not connect to it for me to use it as a mobile "Hot "Spot" to access the internet. Other devices, my Kindle and my wife's laptop will connect through the phone.
If I run a diagnostic on the connection the results tell me there is a problem with my wireless adapter or access point, but how can this be if other devices are able to connect through the phone?
