Please help me! Ok I have a Kindle Fire HD and I was on youtube. It was working fine yesterday but now it's not. I remember that my kindle fire did freeze a little bit but it was alright. I already turned off my kindle and I did a factory reset (I needed one and I don't really keep that much information so it was ok) STILL did not work:( I have tried a new browser still nothing. Nothing is working. Can someone please help?
Added (1). Oh and every time I go to a video I want to play, the buttons just grey out and I can't touch anything and it wouldn't play.
