I m trying to figure out the name of a book I read on Kindle or wattpad?

I read a book either on Kindle, I think, it could ve been wattpad, anyway the story is about a girl who goes to school for people with powers, I believe she is fire and she meets a guy who is ice or the other way around. The guy is bad and basically she gets his disease that I think makes her hurt people unless she is near him. And the more time they spend together, the harder it is for them to be apart. She ends up falling for him even though she has a boyfriend at the time. Does this sound familiar to anyone I would really like to know what it s called so I can read the second book in the series.
