My Kindle froze after not using it for a few weeks. It's stuck on the screen where the little boy is reading under the tree, and kindle is ever so lightly apparent in the background.
I have tried restarting it multiple times, have charged it fully, have tried restarting it with and without the cord plugged in and nothing. All it does after the twenty/thirty seconds of holding down the power button is it's gone black, turned black, gone blank again, then returned to the picture of the boy under the tree.
I'm not sure what I've done wrong, or what I can do to fix it; help me, please?
