and it states I am connected but has a little "x" next to the bars. I know I need an "authorization page to come up to "accept" their terms, this never happens. How do I get this authorization page to pop up? I have tried turning off the wi-fi and back on again, going to my web browser to see if it will pop up, can someone please help me?
