Bought a cord of firewood from a reputable seller. I was not there or would have not picked eucalyptus but that is what my mom was talked into. Now it is requiring massive amounts of kindling to stay lit and the wood is hissing while burning, something I have never heard in my life.
I am in California and the wood was purchased before our current big storm, so it didn't get rained on all that much. Is this uncured? Is this unusual for wood purchased from reputable source? (i.e. Actual firewood dealer, not just someone's backyard tree). Should I complain?
