I wrote it out in Microsoft Publisher with hyperlinks from page to page. If I publish it in HTML it works on my PC (although things move around the page). But what I really wanted was for it to work on a kindle or android phone. HTML is not supported on those devices. So I publish it as a pdf and it works except that with kindle and Polaris office you are allowed to change pages without using the links. Makes it too easy to kind of cheat to the result you want. Any better ideas than what I am doing?
