I am considering publishing a collection of some of my short stories on Kindle together for a dollar. The problem is, alot of these stories are concepts that I plan to use or am in the process of using for a grander tale worthy of a full book.
Now, I was planning on trying other publishers first for when I finally finish my book (and future books) and only use Kindle as a last resort. Would using the concept/world/characters for these future stories of mine as a Kindle release effect my ability to get another publisher down the line?
