I have had kindle for almost two years and never had any problems with it. This week it started freezing and restarting on its own even when I'm not touching it. I have tried to factory reset it TWICE and still nothing. Even opened it, took out the battery and put it back in (worked for my phone) but no, doesn't work. Today it doesn't even restart. It's completely frozen now. And I've noticed that it doesn't even charge anymore. Could it be battery problem? Somehow I doubt it. (kindle model is D00901)
