My friend recently told me that I should stop buying books off amazon as it can get pretty expensive with the amount of books I read (I also only buy slightly used or new). He recommended the Kindle Fire HDX 7" and I can't blame him. Looks great! My books do tend to crowd my backpack since they are over 1000 page long books (The Stand, The Shining, etc.) I also think having Internet Access would be nice. I only worry about the price and if it gets stolen. I mean, who's gonna steal a book but a tablet? They'll surely take it. Should I still carry books or buy the tablet for the internet access and slim-ish design?
