I have a 1st generation kindle fire that has problems with a loose USB charging port connection. It seems like a common problem, but my kindle is out of warranty. I'm looking into buying a new one, but I'm wondering if amazon has fixed the problem with the newer kindles or if I should just buy a different type of tablet all together.
