Kindle Fire keeps stopping when on internet or typing text. I have reset by holding on off button. Months ago it was doing this so I went to Kindle support. They walked me through resetting to factory defaults and it worked perfectly until the the last few weeks. It has 70% free space. When it freezes up it shows the message "Silk has stopped and needs to close"
Any ideas? I would prefer not using the restore option because I lose my videos and music.
