This night, I took my Mom's Kindle on the way home and I couldn't remember where I had it, so I checked almost every house, and my mom found it on the driveway outside and it seems like the screen has a messy spot because My dad (now divorced) drove with his van and ran over with it nearby the street. I am now not taking to it anymore. Mom's Kindle is charging to see if the screen is fixed. I live in Vernon, CT. Has anyone ever did that?
