I have an Acer Laptop which I use daily.This includes accessing my internet bank account on a regular basis.For Christmas I received a kindle HDX 8.9.I set up the Kindle which I am very satisfied with,but I now cannot access my internet account. I enter my details on the kindle but I am told each time that I have entered the wrong information. I am obviously not doing something right. Very grateful any advice.
