My kindle fire has a Question mark over the battery.
Standard fix is to reset to factory defaults as follows:
Cog Wheel | More | Settings | Device | Reset to Factory Defaults
However, when I select "Reset to Factory Defaults "
I get an error message claiming that the battery does not have sufficient charge to perform the reset.
Sort of a catch 22.
Please help.My battery is fully charged, but the device doesn't know it?
