Amazon.com says this, "Once connected to a computer using a USB cable, your Kindle device will appear in the same location as external USB drives usually appear. For Windows users, this is typically in the "Computer" or "My Computer" menu." When I double click on the Kindle drive it stays in a loading state but never opens so I can't transfer eBooks to my Kindle. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this? Thanks a lot!
