My boyfriend was recently given a kindle by a friend who wanted rid of it and he's given it to me as I've wanted one for a long time. I want to put some books on it but I don't have the money to put several books costing £1-£3 a book on it. Ideally I'd like books that by known authors, not really ones that people who think they can write have uploaded. I've wanted to read Walter Greenwood's Love on the Dole for a while so if anyone knows where I can get it for free that would be great.My library doesn't have it and in the Amazon store its £6 for a kindle version and I certainly can't afford £6 for a physical book let alone a kindle version.
