I was in mcdonalds the other day and this man was reading his kindle. This child who looked four started to lean over and try and touch it. The man then screamed bvso loud at the child with a mean face and practically horrified him. He was crying and afraid and the man was trying to scare him as he left.
Is this legal? The kid never stopped crying. The mother was tending to her child and the man screamed at her too.
