Nothing sentimental like photos or jewelry. I have lots of practical things and collectors items. He gave me a ton of kitchen stuff (stand mixer, nice cast iron skillets, etc), an iPad, a kindle fire, and an autographed guitar.Do I give them back? Sell them? Keep them? There are no romantic feelings attached to anything, but they're all things that I use on a regular basis.
