Every time I tap on wifi and I click on the router I get this unable to connect to Belkin0.92 and then I click on Belkin0.92 and always have to have my mom do and she gets sick of it because she has done 3 times and now it did it again and I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do ad I don't know how is she gonna react. Please i need your help
