I've written a book and I want to print myself (through Lulu) and to also distribute as an eBook for Kindles.It's in a Word document and it looks like some work to get it formatted for printing, and alot more work to get it formatted for Kindle using the proper tags. I've spent alot of time on it and want it to look right. How much should I expect to pay to get my Word doc converted to print and to ePublish?
