I'm trying to root my 1st Gen Kindle fire and i think i'm doing it right. Instructions say i should go to devices and hardware and click the Kindle with a yellow exclamation point, but mine says its an android phone. I got the rooting tool to recognize it once, but i installed fire fire fire first and now its not detecting it.
