I got a Kindle for Christmas this year (I think it might be the Kindle Paperwhite? Not sure on that… ) and it has been perfectly fine until about a week ago when it started to reboot itself all the time.
Every single time I turn the kindle on to start reading, a little message pops up that the Kindle is "gathering information and it may take a few minutes" and then it proceeds to restart itself. I checked to see if it needed to be updated, which it doesn't, and I have no cases or any extra accessories for my Kindle.
Any idea what's wrong with it or how I can fix it?
